I became a Professional Plumber in January of 1990 and I offer Complete Professional Plumbing Repairs and Installations. Most plumbers charge a "Flat Rate" for services that benefits THEM, not the customer. They will try to convince you that Flat Rating saves You money. They also will NOT quote you prices on the phone since they know once they show up you will go ahead and have them do the work no matter what the price is. I try to work with my customers to keep their costs down by being flexible and offering "Flat Rates" as well as an "Hourly" rate or even a combination of both. Most importantly, I will give you a basic rate over the phone to save us both time. By charging by the hour, I often will do 2 or 3 different repairs and still be within the hour. Most Flat Rates are only for ONE Task and additional repairs require separate Flat Rates. I also offer Handyman Services. I do "Honey Do" lists when your honey doesn't have the time. I service Oxnard, Ventura & Camarillo and I guarantee all my work! |
