| Recent sink job I was called on to repair. A small leak was neglected and caused this damage. Notice the wood base of the cabinet has rotted away and the concrete slab is exposed. |
| Same sink after replacing the damaged wood and drywall. All surfaces primed and ready for paint. Most importantly, the leak was repaired to prevent future damage. |
